Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office officially granted 3 utility model patents to Sichuan Qixing Electronics Co., Ltd., namely "An Assembly Equipment for Potentiometer Production", "A Welding Device for Potentiometer Production" and "A Resistance Welding Machine for Easy Maintenance", with authorized announcement numbers CN222805612U, CN222805613U and CN222805614U respectively. All patent applications were completed in the second half of 2024.
The newly added patents focus on the core links of potentiometer production. The new assembly equipment realizes automatic and accurate assembly of potentiometer components, with efficiency increased by 60% compared with traditional manual work; the welding device optimizes the welding process, reduces poor soldering and missing soldering problems, and improves the stability of product welding; the easy-to-maintain resistance welding machine simplifies equipment maintenance processes and reduces production shutdown costs. Up to now, the company has 84 authorized patents in total, covering the entire process of potentiometer production, assembly, testing and welding, providing solid technical support for automated production.
The application of patented technologies will further promote the improvement of production efficiency and product consistency of Qixing Electronics, shorten the delivery cycle, and meet the needs of global customers for bulk customization and fast delivery.
